1. Can you provide me your products catalogue?

    We have thousands of products, including cups, cruet, plate and other dishes. Please kindly tell me which kind of items you prefer to and provide me more information. Then I can recommend to you accordingly.

2. How to do if I can’t reach your minimum order quantity or a full container ?

    We suggest you asking whether the products are in stock if you can’t reach our MOQ. Meanwhile, usually it will cause extra $400 handling charge if shipment is less than $8000. 

3. Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?

    Sure. we can made OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea or provide pictures. Sample time is about 10-15 days. Sample fee is charged according to your design. The sample fee would be returned after order placed.

4. How about your quality guarantee?

    We have QCs tracking production process in a timely manner to guarantee quality. We’re 100% responsible for the damage of full container goods if it’s caused by our improper package.
