1. Can you accept small order?
A: Please contact us based on specifical items, as we have no stock for some of our products and have MOQ request.
2. Can I get a sample?
A: Yes, but you need to pay for the samples and freight. And we will refund the sample fee when you decide to make an order more than 500 pcs.
3. Can you help us to develop our own product?
A: Yes, OEM/ODM are all available. We have professional teams doing this, please contact with us to discuss more details if you need it.
4. How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line directly.
5. What’s your payment term?
A: By T/T with 30% deposit, the balance before shippment or against copy of BL.
6. How can you guarantee the goods won’t be damaged by shipping ?
A: In order to prevent damages, the goods will be packed with standard export packing, poly foam, paper carton.
7. How can I trust in your company?
A: Please don’t worry about this, We have QCs tracking production process in a timely manner to guarantee quality. We’re 100% responsible for the damage of full container goods if it’s caused by our improper package, welcome to visit our company.
