Sorry, we only offer free samples to our old customers. After our first cooperation with new client, we will provide free samples and design service accordingly.
2. How many designs you have?
We normally have dozens of similar designs. But we can change the designs according to your request.
3. What Package Way you can provide? Can I do my own design package?
We provide custom package service. The standard package is 1pc wrapped with blister bags, and several pieces into one 5-ply master cartons. We can pack with labels, stickers and color boxes as your require, price will be adjusted accordingly.
4. On Sample Cost and Sample Time
We charge a certain sample fees to make samples. Sample fees can be refunded on certain order amount. Sample time takes around 7 to 14 working days. Different products take different time.
5. What’s your Lead time/Production time?
Usually takes around 30 to 60 days. As we need schedule our production time, please contact us directly for specific delivery time the the products that you like to order.
6. What’s your MOQ of ceramic crafts?
